The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Service (as well as any portion or content of the Service) at any time without notice. We are not responsible to you or any other third party for any price changes, suspension or interruption of the Service.
Article 3: PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online at our website. These products or services may be available in limited quantities.
We reserve the right, without obligation to do so, to restrict the sale of our products or services to any person and in any geographic area or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product or service we offer. You will only use the SOSFOLLOWERS website in a manner that respects any agreements you have made with Instagram/facebook/twitter/youtube/other social media platforms on their individual terms of service pages.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information or other goods obtained or purchased by you will meet your expectations, nor that any errors in the Service will be corrected. Due to Instagram updates or individual user actions, you may experience loss of followers, likes, views, comments and other services provided on your account. Under no circumstances can sosfollowers.nl be held responsible for such losses. In addition, it is prohibited to purchase our services for a third person or company without their consent.
SOSFOLLOWERS will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook/TikTok account or your social media account and increase your "awareness".
We do not guarantee that your new followers will interact with you; we only guarantee that you will get the followers you pay for.
We do not guarantee that 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full biography and uploaded pictures.
Dutch Instagram followers: the followers are generated through Dutch competitions. The people who will follow you understand Dutch. They are mainly based in the Netherlands, but because Dutch is not only spoken in the Netherlands, you may also have accounts based in other countries. Due to the restrictions of buying followers, we cannot guarantee that all followers you receive will be located in the Netherlands.
In case your Instagram account has more than 2000 followers, we cannot guarantee 100% stable delivery as we do not know the origin and quality of previous delivered followers. We cannot compensate losses due to your previous purchases or a poor quality account that is not attractive to follow. If we notice unusually large losses on your account, we are obliged to stop our shipments.
You may not upload anything to the SOSFOLLOWERS website, including nudity or any material that is not permitted or appropriate for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or social media community.
Private accounts are non-refundable. Please make sure your account is public before placing an order.

We use our own social media pages, sponsored posts and advertising platforms to promote accounts. Our services are solely for promoting your account or content and should be used for this purpose. SOSfollowers cannot be held responsible for the use you make of it.
Every purchase should be carefully considered. Buying followers, likes, etc. can affect the strategy and image of your account. You are responsible for your purchase. SOSFOLLOWERS cannot be held responsible for the image your account displays after deliveries have been completed.
Section 4: ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, reduce or cancel purchase quantities per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed through the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting you at the email address and/or billing address/phone number you provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders which, in our sole discretion, appear to be from dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order and account information for all orders you place at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete transactions and contact you as necessary.

Article 5: PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due at the time of order.
The customer can place orders on the website and make payments by credit card. Credit card payments are made through secure transactions provided by an online payment platform provider.
With credit card payments, SOS FOLLOWERS has no access to any information about the customer's means of payment. Payment is made directly to the banking institution.
Article 6: DELIVERY
Delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the service and the quantity ordered.
Manual delivery is manually approved upon receipt of payment. This will then be carried out within 24-72 working days after placing the order on the SOS FOLLOWERS website. This term may change depending on the term requested by the customer when placing the order.
Our customer service is available to answer your questions:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Saturday: Closed (however there may be permanences)
- Sunday: Closed (however there may be permanences)
You can contact us by email or via the online chat on the website.
Orders placed outside these hours may be delayed until the following morning.
SOSFOLLOWERS does not guarantee delivery time for services. We offer our best estimate when the order will be delivered. This is an estimate only and SOSFOLLOWERS will not refund pending orders if you believe they are taking too long.
SOSFOLLOWERS strives to deliver exactly what our customers expect from us. We reserve the right to change any type of service if we deem it necessary to fulfill an order.
However, the customer can request cancellation and refund of his order if the originally planned deadline is exceeded by more than 30 days.
YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROPER HANDLING OF THE DELIVERIES:
- Do not make your account private (applies to all services ordered). If you make your profile private during this period, deliveries cannot be made.
- Do not change your name until the end of the delivery.
- Do not place an order elsewhere to avoid confusion with the followers received. Loss of followers due to your purchases on other sites will not be compensated.
- It is strictly forbidden to use our services for accounts that are not yours and/or without the owner's permission.
- Do not delete the received followers. If we notice actions of removals, deliveries will be stopped and refunds will not be possible.
Failure to comply with these instructions will automatically cancel deliveries and you risk not receiving your order.
We will not refund any order that could not be delivered due to non-compliance with these terms. No refund can be requested after the start of deliveries.
Article 7: REFUND
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
You agree that when you make a payment, you will not file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason.
If you submit a refund request to us after an order, we reserve the right to cancel all future orders, ban you from our site, and remove any followers or anything else we
provided to your Instagram/Facebook/Twitter accounts or other social media accounts.
Orders placed with SOSFOLLOWERS will not be refunded or canceled once placed. You will receive a refund credit on your SOSFOLLOWERS account if the order cannot be delivered.
Lost orders or orders placed on a private account do not entitle to a refund. Please confirm each order before placing it.
Any form of fraudulent activity, such as the use of unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will result in the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
Due to Instagram updates or individual user actions, you may experience loss of followers, likes, views, comments and other services provided on your account. Under no circumstances can sosfollowers.nl be held responsible for such losses.
Article 8: BILLING
SOS FOLLOWERS will send or make available an invoice to the customer electronically after each payment. The customer expressly agrees to receive invoices electronically.
Article 9: EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIMIT OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee or make any representation that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, fast, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may suspend the Service indefinitely or cancel the Service at any time without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of the Service or your inability to use it is entirely at your own risk.
